DANGEROUS DRIVING

I stood to lose my licence. I had been branded a boy racer by the police and felt hard done by. My solicitor pointed out all the errors in the prosecutor’s case and I was found not guilty. It made a big difference to me as I had to drive to see my gran in hospital every day at the time and if I had lost my licence it would have been devastating.

Prosecuted Under Section 2 Dangerous Driving. This offence involved an allegation of attempting to run over a police officer. Plead Not Guilty and had charge reduced to a minor careless driving offence. Had 5 penalty points imposed and a fine and kept his licence thanks to Blackwater Road Traffic Law.

Reduced to a minor careless driving charge

RED LIGHT CASE 

Glasgow Sheriff and Justice of the Peace Court
It seemed like I had to just accept the charge. My solicitor said that if I didn’t run a red don’t plead guilty. I didn’t and I’m glad I took his advice. My solicitor caught the police out everywhere in their evidence. Their fee was very reasonable as well.

FOUND NOT GUILTY AFTER TRIAL

CLEARED OF DRIVING OFFENCE

Dangerous Driving (driving 115 miles per hour)
If I had even had 6 penalty points imposed on my licence I would have been disqualified as a probationary driver and I would have lost my job where I drove every day. Mr Mann did a great job for me and helped me keep my licence, and my job!

Reduced to Section 3 Careless Driving. Fine and 5 penalty points

I had some people depending on me and got in a bit of a mess. I could easily have lost my licence and was delighted to save it. My solicitors did a great job in persuading the court not to order my disqualification.

CARELESS OR INCONSIDERATE DRIVING

Section 3 Careless or Inconsiderate Driving
I was annoyed that I was prosecuted after my wife and I had been in such a bad accident on the motorway. Blackwater Law brought in expert witnesses to reconstruct the accident and prove that it had been an unavoidable accident. I was delighted with their professional approach from the beginning and I have still never had a point on my licence thanks to them.

Section 2 Dangerous Driving. (Driving at 111 mph in adverse weather in a 60mph zone)
I am employed in the motor trade and needed my licence. I was really anxious as it had been a bit of very ill considered driving and I knew I could easily lose my licence.
